If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  2.  Provide detailed information about the issue along with clear photographs showcasing
    the damage or defect. This will help us assess the situation promptly.
  3.  Once we have reviewed your case and confirmed the damage or defect, we will initiate
    the exchange process.
  4.  You will be provided with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product.
    Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during
    transit.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage or defect, we will proceed with
    sending you a replacement product.

Please note:

  • Our exchange policy is applicable only for products that are damaged or defective upon
    receipt.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for damaged or defective products.
  •  The damaged or defective product must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving
    the order.
  •  We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the damage or defect.
